The album «As we built a sound installation» was part of a one-year installation, placed in the material storage of a chemistry laboratory. It contains a composition of sharply edited field recordings that were made while actually building a sound installation. Instead of the sound installation itself, only the recorded sound material was put back to the laboratory. With a typical barcode, the work could be scanned by the laboratory workers and recorded in the accounting system of the Department of Chemistry.
